Yeah...Sad day.
This morning I woke up early to my Snapdragon plant with some cat feces in it. Then a puddle of urine next to it. After that, I walked into the kitchen and found some more feces...Then I walked into the other bathroom (where we place the litter boxes) and found blood. It wasn't surprising. Our cat has had problems with bladder infections. She just never got over it. Lots of medicines....She was even Diabetic...She never even used the litter box correctly. I mean, she would jump into it, but then she's stick her butt over the rim and then urinate out of the box....That cat. What a mess....But today, when I got home...Blood was everywhere. My mom text me during the last hour of school, telling we may have to put her down. Since she is my brother's cat, he had to make the decision.
He chose right. She was suffering just too much. We put her to sleep. It was hard to watch her, but I did anyway.
I felt like my heart was just going to explode. Iv'e known her for 15 years....My father found her in a ditch on our road out in the middle of winter. She was abandoned by her mother (probably because she was a runt). We took her in, bought kitten formula, and fed her. She was starving. Poor thing....She slowly gained strength and my brother named her Snickelfritz, or Snicky for short (I know, one of the most unusual names out there for pets). She had such an adorable face until she grew into her ears (if you have raised a kitten, then you know what I mean). Then she had this mad scowl always on her face. Even when happy, she looked like a grump.
If you go to my scrapbook, you can find a picture titled "Kitties".
Here is a link to her picture.

Are you playing in all the snow?
